We will keep your credit card info on file until after checkout in the event that you wish to extend your stay, charge restaurant meals to your room card, or cover damages that may incur during your stay. While recreational marijuana use is now legal in NYS, smoking/vaping of any type is NOT allowed in our rooms/bathrooms. Keep it outside, please. If there is ANY evidence of smoking materials or odor in the room or bathroom, a $250.00 cleaning surcharge will be applied.

2024 Season: Stay safe- stay healthy! We will be following CDC guidelines as to sanitation, disinfection, and keeping our guests, as well as our staff, safe. If not vaccinated, masks are recommended for check-in and while outside on grounds around others. Social distancing from those not in your reservation is still required. We thank you for your cooperation.

We offer rooms with 1 Queen bed, 1 King bed,  2 standard Double beds , 2 Queen beds, 1 King bed plus 1 Twin bed, and 1 room that has 2 Queen beds plus 2 bathrooms. A handful of our rooms have a chair bed, futon or cot available, for an additional $10.00 per night. 

***Your credit card receipt will show our Corporate name- R & M Foy Enterprises Inc.- as the billing entity on your statement, so that you realise it is a legitimate charge of your card.***

All rooms are Non-Smoking and have a refrigerator, microwave,  Spectrum Cable TV, A/C or  heat, private bath with showers (no tubs). ( Please note that if there is evidence of smoking within the room or bathroom, there will be a $250.00 cleaning fee applied) There is a coin-op Washer and Dryer on site for your convenience. Free Wi-Fi is available. We offer BBQ areas, a Horseshoe Pitch, a fire pit, and are located near CMAC concerts, wineries, Historic sites, skiing, hiking, boating, and antiquing!

You may call for reservation information and rates Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 9AM to 2PM and Saturdays and Sundays noon to 3PM at 585-394-5383 After Labor Day, through mid-May, no Sunday calls please.

Check in is at 4PM, Check out is by 11 am.  The only guarantee of an early check in is to purchase the previous night.
