We will keep your credit card info on file until after checkout in the event that you wish to extend your stay, charge restaurant meals to your room card, or cover damages that may incur during your stay. While recreational marijuana use is now legal in NYS, smoking/vaping of any type is NOT allowed in our rooms/bathrooms. Keep it outside, please. If there is ANY evidence of smoking materials or odor in the room or bathroom, a $250.00 cleaning surcharge will be applied.

We offer rooms with 1 Queen bed, 1 King bed,   2 Queen beds, 1 King bed plus 1 Twin bed, and 1 room that has 2 Queen beds plus 2 bathrooms. A handful of our rooms have a chair bed, or cot available, for an additional $10.00 per night. Rental is by reservation only- either online inquiry via email or by telephone during business hours (below)

***Your credit card receipt will show our Corporate name- R & M Foy Enterprises Inc.- as the billing entity on your statement, so that you realize it is a legitimate charge of your card.***

All rooms are Non-Smoking and have a refrigerator, microwave,  Spectrum Cable TV, A/C or heat, private bath with showers (no tubs). (Please note that if there is evidence of smoking-  do not dispose of cigarette butts or ashes inside of room- within the room or bathroom, there will be a $250.00 cleaning fee applied) There is a coin-op Washer and Dryer on site for your convenience. Free Wi-Fi is available. We offer BBQ areas, a Horseshoe Pitch, a fire pit, and we are located near CMAC concerts, wineries, Historic sites, skiing, hiking, boating, and antiquing!

Check in is at 4PM. Check out is by 11 am.  The only guarantee of an early check in is to purchase the previous night.

 2026 rates start at $135.00 plus state and local taxes per night. CMAC concert nights have higher pricing, regardless of whether or not you will be attending. CMAC concert dates are charged when placing your reservation and are non-refundable.

There is a $25.00 reservation cancellation fee for processing.
